Organizational Ombudsman (OO) provides (ADR) Alternative Dispute Resolution creatively, economically and efficiently using (ODR) Online Dispute Resolution and on-site engagement methods. Service is available to any individual, group, entity, organization, community or company; public, private or non-profit, needing to resolve issues or settle conflicts. Engagements are one-off or ongoing and are delivered in accordance with traditional ombudsman practices, standards and ethics. We offer our service based upon decades of experience in corporate, business and organizational development and have handled many types of scenarios from simple to the complex including, on occasion, the Gordian Knot.
Our Mission – is to provide facilitation of communication, mediation and an informal support system to individuals, entities and organizations needing to resolve issues or conflicts. This goal is essential for the personal wellbeing of each individual and reaches outward to the benefit of stakeholders, community and society.
